• The first coaching session will be a coaching orientation session. In this meeting, we set a foundation for the coaching relationship and determine the primary focus and coaching agenda.
  
• Personal coaching then continues with regular scheduled one hour coaching sessions in person and /or over the phone per month.
  
• To support, review and enhance our coaching sessions, we will also schedule additional follow up coaching conversations by phone.
  
• You will receive unlimited e-mail support between coaching sessions.
  
• Throughout coaching, you'll receive additional materials and customized assignments based on your particular situation.
  
• I expect a three-month commitment for new coaching clients.
  
• Methods of payment: All major credit cards (Visa, Master Card, Discover and American Express),PayPal and personal checks.
  
• Coaching fees are often tax-deductible for people who use coaching to improve business and professional skills. Check with your accountant or CPA for details.
